The quality is very good but the posted delivery time is way off. When I ordered the first communication said 5 to 10 days. The products come from overseas from China. There is a long time awaiting customs clearance and delivery after it arrives in USA. All my orders have taken about 1 month. The company provides a track package link which is helpful and thoughtful, but I think it would be better to say it takes 39 days and then have customer be surprised and happy if it arrives early. It has not deterred me from being a repeat customer however.
The mat is very high quality. The delivery time is way off from what is advertised. Which says 5-10 days. It takes about 1month. They would be better off saying 30 days in status.
I love how thin the mat is and water dries quickly. Color choices are great. I found it difficult to clean with just water. Suggestions to clean would be appreciated.
Feels really nice under my feet, and no cold, soggy fabric like most mats
Matches my minimal decor perfectly, and it actually does the job. Love it
